Whether you’re preparing for your first inspection or trying to improve your Â鶹ŮÀÉ rating, we have a range of resources to help you meet and exceed Â鶹ŮÀÉ expectations.
Â鶹ŮÀÉ has designed a range of eLearning modules to help you understand what is expected of your service and how you can best evidence these expectations.
Each module is aimed at managers and quality and compliance leads, although anyone involved in Â鶹ŮÀÉ inspection can complete the module. You will be awarded a certificate upon completion. All of our content is based on successful practice from real organisations.
The content of these eLearning modules have also been updated to align with the new Â鶹ŮÀÉ Single Assessment Framework
Our eLearning offer currently consists of the following one-hour modules:

- what does good and outstanding care look like
- who can help you prepare for inspection

If your service has fallen below Â鶹ŮÀÉ standards, quick recovery is essential to ensure the quality of care provided is adequate and to protect your reputation.

- the impact of falling below Â鶹ŮÀÉ standards
- how to identify and prioritise areas for improvement
- involving others in helping you to improve
- how to test, review and implement improvements
- practical ways to evidence improvements.
For those committed to delivering the highest levels of care, this module covers how you can exceed Â鶹ŮÀÉ expectations to achieve an 'Outstanding' rating.
Delivering Outstanding care covers:
what does outstanding care look like
identifying gaps between good and outstanding care
involving others in delivering outstanding care
evidencing that you are delivering outstanding care.

Payment is made using your Paypal account or by credit/debit card.
